I know this video is a few years old, but I want to ask anyways: I have always wanted to read McCowan's book. What did you think of it, and is it worth picking up? As for other suggested hockey books, one is Stephen Brunt's "The Search for Bobby Orr" is excellent, and if you haven't read it yet (and shame on you if you haven't), Ken Dryden's "The Game" is my favorite book of all time, hockey or otherwise.

yeah he was in for the final game 7 Stanley cup final , cuz our good goalie roli a a broken arm or something and we had it in our grasp then conklin goes in ... our third goalie which he should of stayed , they should of played jussi cuz the last game he shut them out out 4-0 and conklin fucks it up for us then goes into pens and hes some rising start ... whats this shit about!?

You crack me up, haha... who's side are you on? And you forgot about super-russian Malkin's hat trick. What a game. Horrible for the Leafs obviously...they aren't making the play-offs anytime soon, sorry to break it to ya.. I'm a Toronto fan myself. "Damn" is right. -.- Oh well, let's go pens! =)
Toronto does need to call up Pogge, Toskala sucks. Raycroft is no charm either...

I'm a self-loathing Toronto fan. I hate Toronto "fans" that are bandwaggoners, suits that don't care about hockey, and people who LOVE critisizing the Leafs when they lose, but have nothing to say when they win. Granted, the Leafs have done more losing this year :P but you get my point
