DuelJewel - against [PV]

I'm sure you've all been waiting for this, so here you are.......The single for this song was originally released [2008.10.01] and for the first time in the band's history they decided to release it as a digital only release. The song is also featured on the new album GLASSFIA released [2008.11.26], make sure to check it out, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Anyway, back to video...........and what can I say? es and iolite to me were very similar in terms of style, but against changes everything. I'd describe it as REAL video. Very little use of special effects and no computer backgrounds(I forgot the word for it).

We've got the crowds, we've got the hand dancing(I also forgot the name for that also), we've got backstage stuff and the guys just look great. It's almost showing you a brief, but not so realistic prespective of what these guys do backstage before a live gig and I absolutely love it.

The song itself is fast paced, but at the sametime fairly heavy, with some great guitar and bass work, and as always the vocals are pretty damn good, with Shun adding a few screams here and there, along with another great solo.

I think they just made a very special PV this time. It's just that from my 1st listen to 'against' I felt it's their absolute best so far. I love it being somehow a realistic live performance and the hand dances were the best part.
