The pyro stab looked like a misfired backstab. Damn valve...
I'd recommend always cloaking while disguising. If you cloak before you disguise, they can't see the smoke.

Quick tip: cloak takes a second for it to take effect. In this video, you went out way too early and got lucky cause your team was distracting them.
