Much of this is very intuitive for anyone who aleady enjoys learning. Unfortunately the traditional structure of most schools is not so intuitive--and certainly not as fun or exciting as learning can and should be. I think a lot of educators could learn a thing or two themselves by approaching their work from a point of view like this one.

Absolutely right. ALL children are NATURAL learners who use MASTER without thinking about it.

Then they are influenced by those who have negative experiences of learning - parents and teachers - and they have all the FUN knocked out of it.

Ali Smith is a brilliant presenter. If you want innovation, look elsewhere, like Colin Rose, Tony Buzan and Eric Jensen.
