We Tell Ourselves Stories - Katie

Katie Pretti is a Toronto based artist who is interested in manipulating narrative technique using lyrical and figurative abstraction. Katie graduated from art school in 2004 and since then she has held studios in Toronto, Brooklyn and Buenos Aries. The first time I saw her work I was beyond impressed. Katie is one of the lucky few who knows what she has to do with her life, even if the path to getting there is not clear cut. It is my pleasure to invite you into her studio and home.
