  • I've tried changing my running technique to run on the balls of my feet like in this video and i couldn't run half as far! should I just stick with it and increase my distance over time or carry on with my current technique? 

  • Uff, so bad technique. Please take a look at Pose technic or read the book Born to run, wich explain how to run and why in this video the technic is awful.
