I think the eye is open cuz theyre aware of your presence but aren't sure where you are

When the eye is open it doesn't mean they see you persay. It means they know you're there, and are looking. When its closed they;re not loot to hard

Dude ger orish or dwarved arrows, and refill yuo weapons. You'll do more damage.

@TDKPyrostasis happy to help bro. cicero was trying to be the listener, thats y he was trying to talk to the corpse. actually there was a mission for cicero before the dark brotherhood quest began. now that you have started the dark brotherhood quest, you cant access it. and plssss finish the dark brotherhood and main storyline before you move on to something else.
