Take the clip off and polish it to match the blade, you won't regret it.

@MyopicChihuahua Mine was shaving sharp. I have never had a sharper knife, no joke! That said now it has dulled down a bit and I can't seem to get it back to how it came. Best EDC knife ever though.

Thats interesting, you would think that tantos would be easier to sharpen cause therer are just two straight lines.

Name a reasonable price and I'll sell either to ya. They're much more smooth than Ritter. They're unused as well. Have no idea how to communicate emails privately over youtube, though.

How'd you get an olive drab handle? Did you buy another mini-grip and just switch handles?
that thing has some crazy belly.
the big one looks like it can be a GREAT hunting knife :D

Lol, not sure if its long enough, but the blade shape is great for it.

Received my Ritter Mini-Grip two days ago. The blade was not very sharp at all, not even close to either my 707-701 or 707-901. Benchmade getting lazy?

Hey ayokay123,
Mine was actually quite sharp, but I bought it second hand so I don't know if it was the original edge.
I've heard a lot of reports of Benchmade's out-of-the-box sharpness being unsatisfactory. I've never had a problem though.
Cool to hear that you have a pair or 707s, I've been looking for a good price on the model for a while.
