How did you animate her face in 3ds Max? :O

Did you created the bones yourself? Or did you imported them? If so, how did you do please?

@TombstoneRider Thanks:) I didn't create the bones myself, I extracted the model (with bones) with Dusan's UnpackTRU program and imported the model in 3DS Max.
