It seems to me that reports of the death of globalism are somewhat exaggerated. His tone of amused superiority at the economic ideas that have lifted so much of the world out of poverty, is the sort of thing that rubs libertarians the wrong way. He's right that not every policy prescription that's come out of the international economic institutions has been right, but to equate it with the death of something he calls globalism seems intellectually lazy to me.

Ignoring what you say is his jewishness is this concept of citizenship holding power. Common law ensures power resides with the individual wherever they are! Citizenship isn't the opposite of globalism it is very much part of it. What he doesn't say is you have another authority developing a two tier system in an attempt to use bribes and corruption to over-ride that system.
