i need an advice!

i see these girls' surf boad have projections like dorsal fins of fish.

if i wanted to change the the direction on the wave, should i get that kind of one?

You would be VERY wrong if you think Snowboarding and Surfing are the same ! I learned this when I took surfing lessons in San Diego at Surf Diva.
