it wont last~ chapter 2

Kevin tried to lead Joe to the infirmary, but unfortunatly, he was still on a sugar high, and decided to get distracted by EVERYTHING.
Birds, trees, grass, a canoe, kevin's hair, and he was acting like a 5 year old.
"Joe, come on." Kevin said sighing.
"Yes, I see the canoe, its no suprise, we've all seen one before."
He pulled Joe's hand. Joe didn't budge. He was fasinated by this stupid canoe.
"Ok.....Joe? Lets have a race to that building right there." Kevin suggested, pointing to the infirmary.
"OK! Sounds FUN!" Joe started running.
They ran to the infirmary and greeted Demi and the nurse.

"Nick is in no fatal condition." (Why would he be?) The nurse said.
"But I'm afraid he has a good case of the flu."
"So.....so....so......so he's ok??" Joe yelled. Everyone shushed him.
"No smart one, it means his flu is BAD." Kevin said.
"You may see him now, if you be quiet." That last part was directed to Joe.
They walked down a small hallway to where Nick was.

He was sitting in a bed, and looked genuinley excited to see them. It's not like the nurse let him talk to Demi or anything.
Nick's P.O.V~
"You have visitors Nicholas." As if I couldn't see I had visitors, yeah, everyone came just to look around, god, I hated this nurse, is there a law saying infirmary nurses can't be young? Or good looking?? Cause this lady, when she checked my heart and stuff, I could smell her garlic clam (disquesting) chowder WAY more then I would like to.
Anyways.........

Normal P.O.V~
"Hey, how're you feeling?" Kevin asked as he walked over to Nick.
"Not to good." Nick answered. "I have a pretty bad stomachache, and my nose is pretty stuffed up, and I'm pretty tired, and bored." Wow, he said "pretty" alot. Joe giggled aimlessely.
"What's wrong with Joe?" Demi whispered to Kevin.
"Sugar high." Kevin answered in a "I have to deal with THIS" tone.
Suddenly, Nick turned a sheet white, then a pale green.
He clutched his stomach, then barfed in the bucket o his bed.
Demi closed her eyes, Kevin made a sick face and turned away, Joe just couldn't keep his eyes off Nick- and his puke.
Nick looked up t Joe with a scared expression.

Soon, almost instantly, the nurse rushed over to Nick and rubbed his back, Nick despised her, and this.
"I uh......don't like my uh....back being rubbed while I (puke) throw up." Nick moaned.
"I'm sorry sonny." she said in a cackly voice. Everyone tried to stifle a giggle, and Nick just full out laughed, which caused him trouble with the whole puking situation.
Kevin looked around, where was Joe? He tapped Demi's shoulder.
"Have you seen Joe?" He asked.
"No, why? Is he gone?" She replied worridly.
"I think so, Nick?"
Nick looked up, his face was very green.
"Yeah?"
"We have to look for Joe, he ran off." Kevin shrugged.
"Ok, see you soon!"
Kevin and Demi ran out into the Cold Canada sunshine. They looked around, where could he have gone??

They called out Joe's name, and got no answer. They sighed, and started the
Joe.JSearch.................
