pletnev - rachmaninov, rhapsody on a theme of paganini: iii

This has been one of my favorite pieces for many years... it's so beautiful!

Wonderful, just moves my very heart and soul. The only other two pieces of music that do this to me are Elgar's Chanson du Matin and Elgar's Nimrod.

Hearing is so precious. So many emotions and powerful responses from the first part of this 'rhapsody' piece. Stirs me in a way that words could never draw near

the orchetsra didn't make any substantial climax in this piece, and actually played this without understanding of any note of this piece the pianist is genius, each note was full of emotions, ideas and content !!!!!!!!!!! Great Pletnev!!!!!

i had heard and liked this piece for quite a long time, but i never knew it was by rachmanninoff!!
