I would be willing to bet that KGs biggest regret is that he couldn't win one with the Timberwolves.

These reflective "private" conversations are kind of weak to me. They know they have to say something in front of the camera. What a moment they shared (in front of the camera).

Although I do like the moment with Russell and Duncan were Bill tells Tim about Jackie Robinson's funeral and how Tim is his favorite athlete.  Regardless of whether it's true or not.

The book "Dynasty's End" talks about the last championship in the Russell era. It talks about the lack of support Boston gave to the Celtics (which was due to the Celtics being "too black"). After reading the book you get the sense that Russell enjoyed playing on the road more than at the Garden considering all the racist chants (as you note) he received.
