第1話 宇宙から来たミクロ戦士
ある日、小学生の『久慈　耕平(くじ　こうへい)』のもとに小包が届けられた。
　開けてみると中には、5体の小さな人形が。そして驚いたことに突然、人形たちが動き出し、しゃべり出したのだ。実は彼らこそ、はるか宇宙の『ミクロアース』からやってきた­『ミクロマン』たちだった。ミクロマンは、宇宙征服を企む『アクロイヤー』から地球を救うため訪れたのだという。
　そんなとき、アクロイヤーの放った『自動車暴走電波』のために街の人々が危機にさらされる


One day Kohei, his youger brotherYutta, and friend Minami discover a package in the mail addressed to kohei. Inside they discover 3 watches and 5 action figures. When the action figures come to life they explain that thay are really Micromen from the planet MicroEarth. They are on a mission to stop the Acroyer from destroying the planet. The kids can make them slves smaller with the watches to assist the Micromen in there battles. When Vehicals start to go crazy and crash the Micromen go in to action. To save the lives of kohei's parents and others they must locate the signal emitter and destroy it. An Acroyer agent named Spider has hidden himself in a chinese resturant. After the kid almost become Tempura, the Micromen are able to destroy the emitter and save the day at the last moment.
