Video Response to the Jordan Jockers of Youtube who incessantly attempt to inculcate the precocious notion that Jordan was the best ever. This video proves that such a notion is pure bullshit.

Let's face it, Larry was a better shooter, rebounder, passer, and leader than Jordan. All Jordan was better at was getting more points and being flashier and more athletic. Excuse me for telling the truth, in this video I outline the actual facts to prove what I say is true. Larry Bird was clearly a more effective player.... wait, what's that you say Jordan Jocker?
Larry put team first, stats second.

Larry didn't have the a Phil Jackson as coach. He had KC Jones and Bill Fitch. Cry me a river if you think those were great coaches. Larry didn't need a coach because Larry was a natural born leader with exceptionally high basketball IQ.

  • @Dalen77 Shaq is a bad example because he was born an absolute freak. Naturally, he was big and strong. The only thing that was impressive about Shaq was his footwork and quickness for his size. Other than that he is just gifted. He had the easiest job in the NBA all he had to do was receive the ball in the sweet spot and bang out for the easy dunk. The difference between Shaq, MJ, and Bird is that MJ and Bird actually put their heart into the game. Shaq could have easily been the GOAT but nope.

  • @MariosLasagna Ok but Shaq had a good shooting percentage too, because most of his shots were close to the net, but Jordan was a great shooter obviously a lot of his shots later in his career were fade away jump shots, but a lot of Bird's shots were just shooting it in, also he was a great 3 point shooter, yes I'm not a fan of Lebron, I just mentioned him because its a perfect example of someone with a lot of talent that can not live up to his own hype, this is why Jordan was so good.

  • @Dalen77 Not entirely. Michael Jordan shot 49.7% for his career. Bird shot 49.6%. But yes, I think Bird overall was a better shooter than MJ overall. And please, don't even mention that regular season superstar. We can talk about Kobe if you like but I refuse to hype up garbage players with no heart or passion for the game.

  • @MariosLasagna Bird was also a better shooter than Jordan too. But what is amazing about Jordan and is why Lebron and Kobe are not as good is, Jordan could play after all the hype around him and the millions of dollars of ads and commercials, movies everything, retiring coming back, all the focus on him, and he stills wins the championship, Lebron can't seem to handle any of the hype and live up to it like Jordan some how always did.

  • @Dalen77 And yes, Bird has the best basketball IQ ever. He's arguably a better player than Jordan. And definitely a better passer. But I won't play that "what if" game with you in this argument. The reality is: Bird had no chance of winning any more rings given his career ending injury and the competition that awaited him every year after his last finals victory in '86.

  • @Dalen77 Of course I cannot say for sure that Bird wouldn't have won another ring. I'm no psychic but commonsense tells me there is little to no chance their team could have gotten any better. That team was stacked with incredible players: Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Dennis Johnson, Danny Ainge, Robert Parish, and Bill Walton. Six AMAZING players. What more do you want? That team was not able to beat the showtime Lakers the next year in '87 with nearly the same roster.

  • @MariosLasagna Well Bird one a 3rd champion ship with a hurt back anyways, so if it wasn't hurt, I don't see how you can say you know for sure he couldn't have one another championship, what if they acquired another great player as well. And know Jordan can not pass like Bird and he doesn't have Birds basketball IQ, almost know one does.

  • @Dalen77 That is a lame & stupid excuse. Injuries are a part of the game. Any player could win more games if they were healthy. What a dumb example. They are both great players in their own right.

  • @Dalen77 YES MJ could pass like that. And GOD your great with the excuses.

  • @MariosLasagna I'm talking about who was better in there prime not counting age or injuries, Bird had to go up against Magic and the showtime Lakers in there prime and he could beat them, plus Birds team wasn't that great it was a bunch of white guys that couldn't jump, it was all Bird, maybe if Bird was healthy and he kept playing they would of acquired someone that could compete with Pippen. Watch the Bird passing videos and ask your self can Jordan pass like that?
