  • Voltage converter is builtin with output on Vee. Connect per datasheet or you will kill it.

  • Another great demo! Thanks XOR!

Question: How did you manage the connection for the touchscreen itself. Would love to see underneath....hehehehe

    Happy holidays!

  • This is a new GLCD custom made for CircuitED. We will begin selling it next month. It has a single connection across the top... no dangles or dongles! To fit the EasyPIC board I had to add the ribbon cable to PORTA from the far right 7 pins of the GLCD to access RGB and Touchscreen. Pictures will be up on the website soon.

  • Hi CircuitED.

Does this GLCD require -5V for the contrast, or is there a built in inverter?

  • Reminds me of my mp3 player screen.

  • How do you connect this LCD with to EasyPic Board? does the conectors match? or you need any especial connector?

  • Ya know, you could make this into a TV screen if you rapidly cycle through red, green, and blue backlights and synchronize a the red/green/blue monochrome channels of each frame. Of course, if the LCD screen is as fast as the Gameboy Classic, then it will look sooo retro-cool.

  • Looking forward to this. Great Demo!

  • Awesome! Thanks!
