1985 Kawasaki Ninja 600R 1 of 4

Circa August 1985 Fort Worth Texas. Still one of the best bikes I've owned, and that was 22 years ago. I've sat in a lot of saddles since then. FYI I was using a then brand new and tip of the iceburg Kodak 8mm video competing only with the Sony 8mm of the day Don't miss the ride I gave the cameraman on the 3 of 4 segment.

This bike started the 600 class ,I had a 1987 600 Rx ,Back when the honda CBR 600 f2

was out I could hang with the F2 till about 110-115 then he would walk by me

Also nice little bikes for trips ,Very comfy for long hauls ,Fun bike,Miss it very much

@pielacqua I have an 1987 zx600-b1 ( 600rx ) I bought it new on July 86. They only made 1000 of them I have #606. They had an aluminum frame from the Japanese domestic market Gpz 400 as opposed to steel on the standard bike. with black and cosmic gray paint...
