Wogtech Goaltending Instructional Video 4/4

Back from the grave and just getting distributed around. For those of you who might know of a site called Vmix, Corey had his video up on there in one piece till some idiot deleted it. Luckily, someone saved it and reuploaded it to Vmix. Now to save people the trouble of getting a program to extract files from Vmix, I've simply uploaded the video here on YouTube where you can easily download the files. If you request the entire thing, I can upload it to a free file host site such as MegaUpload in the future.

great videos, im 28 and playing hockey for the first time ever and understanding the butterfly, even though i cant stretch that way yet has helped me alot. The lesson on ensuring your sliding knee is off the ice when doing the butterfly slide has helped me move so much better. Small things like that has benefited me so much
