Kerry proboly dosn't remember about the kyoto treaty it really is a document to have us the united states to pay for everyone else the lesser country's and the big country's as well. China gets the most profit out of the kyoto they can build a plant here and we pay for it then if they decided to tear it down they can and build it some where else.

Excuse me, 5 stars for this, he is speaking pure facts, and if you analyse the views of those who the US is occupying you will find them of the same view as that which he is describing. EVen Americans are feeling isolated and outcast by the world
