@goblinb They were pretty much totally bladdered by the time I put my stuff on and really didn't pay much attention to what was playing. It was fun watching them attempt to dance to them though. XD

Boy, I barely remember this cut.I Was in boot camp around the time this came out.

@67thbully I've usually heard that version you are talking about too. This is the first time I've heard this one here. I like the guitars in it and the chorus, but I like the other one too. I like the vocal samples and the conga drums in that one.

@richwicz How did they like those tunes?

I had this Streetwave 12" along with all the electro tracks I collected on vinyl as a youngster back in the 80's.Anyway, I remember a party my parents had and I was in charge of the records. So I thought I'd sneakily slip in a couple of my tunes to get the party started, Aleem's Release Yourself and Shannon's Let the Music Play.I don't think they were quite ready for Afrika Bambaataa & Newcleus, ha ha.

This track reminds me of the following: red alert, quarter juices, subway noise right before you go down the steps, Breakin', and backflips off the fence, any IS or PS school in NY! My old New York, which I miss and Love! Thanks for bringing me back...
