Wow the crowd is dead for this match! I think they would've been into it if it were in the beginning of the PPV they were ready for the main event at this point.

If it was unadvertised does that mean it was also a late add? Pretty great work if so. WCW should have really focused on building better stories with the luchadors and cruiserweights. Worked out great when they hyped Eddie G vs. Rey or when Chris Jericho first started his big heel run. Still guys like Ultimo Dragon, La Parka, Psychosis, Juventud, Dean Malenko, even Prince Iaukeau? (yeah he sucked but still) .

The announcers said this was an unadvertised match. Something tells me that if this match was advertised this PPV would have had more buys. LA PARKA = BUYRATES!!!
