A very relaxed style of Saiidi dance, choreographed by vicki, Mahmoud's cosume from Cairo, dance style is originally inspired by a dancer I saw on a DVD performing in Melbourne August 2006, called Virginia, the show name was 'hip to hip', and it also starred Tito.
I have been trying to locate her, asking for details from dancers in Australia, with great differculty. I have a strong feeling she might be from Miami, Florida.
This was performed just last night, at the Crown Restaurant in Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa, North Island of New Zealand. Beautiful food, great staff and service, awesome audience that night, a few nice ladies may be converted to bellydancers as a result of it!

This Egyptian dance was performed at a birthday party in an Indian restaurant, I was booked in to perform by an Indian girl who loves this style of dance, it was her
18th birthday party. later on her sister got up and did a solo bollywood dance, I watched it, she was awesome. So nice to share different cultural dances together, and appreciate each other. A very positive thing to do.
