  • I train fighters at my school Old Skool Fight Sports & Fitness Academy. It's 10 minutes from Westside and Louie trains at my gym as well and sends his fighters he trains to my gym as well.

  • @13andincrediblycut Fuck off you E-Statting cunt.

  • @smootube123 because they're broke and cant afford chains

  • I dont see why doing this is a good idea. Surely its better to use chains with the bar instead of the bands/kettles? maybe im missing the point

  • im 13 and i've never done that before, but my max on the straight bar and plate bench is 410lbs raw with no steriods and bare grip. :P

  • and to awnser everyones question about the foam pad its to work on his arch so it raises his back up this is what most powerlifters use. Or it couuld be it feels more comfortablee because his back hurts but most likely for his arch

  • very logical.

i probably woulda done this at my regular bench press weight and and with teh fast movement the kettlebells woulda flew off and hit me

  • I am no expert but would recommend lighter and slower. If you go fast the band will stretch and contract more causing the kettlebells to bounce dangerously. Like everything else in lifting, as you get better go heavier.

  • 2 questions

how should one do this exercise? is their aim to go heavy and slow orlight and fast or heavy and fast? or etc

also why the pad under the guys back?

  • fucking great westside athletes that train fighting, watch out world!

    great videos thanks you
