Went for the first time in 2008, I was disappointed we hadnt gone before,,, a few words describe the event,, SIMPLY THE BEST SHOW ON EARTH!!!. We will be going in 2009 and will be making this an annual outing..
Nice to see the Foden lorry of the type that my grandfather drove in the 1920's; roadbuilding in NE England, then delivering beer for Crowleys of Alton, Hants.
Also interesting to see the steam ploughing, with the plough pulled between two ploughing engines. My father was part-time ambulance driver in Alton 1939/42 (before he joined the RAF). He got called out to a grisley accident where the plough had overturned and gone through a man's skull.
I must go, but the problem is that is coincides with Burning Man

On a lighter note; good filming. Thanks!
