@StewNWT Exactly though, he got broken, and from that moment Federer was able to dominate. Still, I agree it wasn't as simple as all that, as even with his injury Falla played extremely well until the 4th set tiebreak.

@anduril38 that's not entirely correct - Falla missed an easy shot on BP which would have let him serve for the match in the 3rd, but then was ACTUALLY serving for the match in the 4th and got broken

@StewNWT Falla was injured in the 3rd set, and it clearly showed in the 5th. He didn't exactly choke, but he had to win in 3 especially with his injury or Federer would win in 5.

@365to173repubsPWNED he was like this the whole tournament his back wasn't 100% after the french and his form was about 75% , Falla did play a great game , but hey atleast Roger played the tournament until he lost and didnt retire like some players *hint hint
