  • Thanks for posting this - Love chopin!

  • ...when I hear a perf. like this I go into a peculiar "double standard" frame of mind: it is bad Chopin, bad polonaise conception, and actually bad pianism (bad technique, for example)...but actually an attractive musical experience, because it is by...Sultanov. The guy sets, defines his own frame of reference...have I become a schitz?...have I become a hypocrite?...probably need to see a shrink, by now...and I owe this to...Alexiei...never bargained for THAT sure as hell...

  • One of the most incredible things is that this Polonaise, always maintaining the character of a dance, at the same time becomes a dramatic scene. Alesha was one of the greatest pianists of his generation. Unfortunately, "Большое видится на расстояньи"... Thank you so much for posting it!

  • sultanov was one of the most unbelievably energetic pianists ever. RIP alexei.

  • Please post more more more! :) Do you have any Scherzo No.1 By Alexei?

  • Great! Thank you!
