I totally agree. Trust is the key for a sustainable business. Transparency is a "buzz word". Easy to say and print (i.e. public media) but difficult to do in a modern horizontal hierarchical management system. Spirituality in the workplace is interesting. From the bottom up, the worker must choose where to work. Whould you work for Monstanto? Why? What is Monstano had public media to demonstrate how wonderful and spiritual they are? I could go on...

Maybe smiles and "Hi's" don't cut it at Sounds True. Maybe how you said it didn't sound true.
