Leonard Jacobson explains how we leave the present moment, become imprisoned by thought forms and function in the world as egos. He describes a second level of ego, which is completely independent of us and reveals the way to overcome its dominance in our lives. http://www.leonardjacobson.com

  • What this man speaks is pure truth and sense. Belief in certain thoughts is what causes any kind of negative feelings. You've got to let thoughts go and pass through your mind without believing in them. Be free, and focus on the present moment.

  • ive never heard this being explained so simple and straight forward fantastic

  • @bulls7123 but how do you really do that?

  • @snoo333 Yeah, that's how I found this guy too. Great Movie, and this dude is right on about the ego and it's drawing us out of the present

  • a good represenation is what the ego is in the movie revolver. I saw this man at the end talking about it.

  • @sivko23

The ego organizes the untidy and impulsive drives of the id in order to please the self.

The super-ego is the governing force of your actions and checks them along certain guidelines for others around you and your environment. You can't fight the super-ego, it is beyond your own intentions and control.

  • This man just talk nonsense. Who is gong to be awake? Who is going to be in the moment? The answer is, the EGO which is just a thought. Do not waste your time watching this, better watch Tony Parsons or Jeff Foster videos.

  • good day today yes! Peace out! :)

  • We lose it because we want to , we just love our cinema and roles we star in it.
