@MrOprea3 Thanks for that post. Watching this made me feel like such a jerk, until of course you made the point that this man is a pro and has been doing this for years. Hopefully I can come close to this ability, 44 yo and hope to be in much better shape by 47.

good to remember that this exercices are for advanced only not for a guy with a week in the gym, but overall great plyos and core exercices
