This is a grappling / Jiu-Jitsu / Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu technique that involves submitting an opponent in the guard with a knee bar. It can be done both gi and no-gi. Recorded at the U.S. Martial Arts Academy (USMAA) near Cincinnati, Ohio. Demonstrated by Russell Daniels, assisted by Travis Shoemaker, recorded/edited by Ron Cole. http://www.usmaa.net

  • Nice.....

  • helpful!!!

  • nice vid ;)

  • I seem to keep kicking my training partner in the head when I bring the far leg over. I guess it's just a detail I need to work on.

  • This combines well when people attempt to escape an armbar by standing.

  • Very simple and effective. :)
