  • can't give links on here but do a google search for healthy recipes. go for higher vinegar to oil, if u use oil go for virgin olive oil or extra virgin.

  • Cool vinegar burns fat,you are really educating me..lol.

    What ingrediants do I need to make my own dressing? Sorry about all the questions!

  • u can make ur own dressins as long u keep them in air tight container in the fridge n use them within 3-5 days. if u get shop dressins, go for lighter ones, balsamic vinegar base rather than oil as vinegar burns fat too. rather than cover salad in dressin, have a small servin on the side of ur plate and dunk rather than drizzle, ul use less.

    Do you know of any decent low calorie salad dressings,because I`ve been using a couple and found to my horror theyre 89 calories per tabelspoon :(

  • hey I can so relate to where you are at. I feel lately that I've really gone off track and am STRUGGLING to get back on track. It only takes a couple of day thought, of forcing yourself to do the right things that you know you need to do, to start feeling happy about the whole thing again. Push through it !! You can do it.

    I haven't always been this way lol I lost 3st stone back in 2005 when I was workin a nutrition business. but then Ive put back on 5st after boredom and other things popped up.

  • garlic is gd for the heart and circulation as well so if u like it, crush it or chop it into wotever ur cookin. u can steam fish/chicken too, try sprinklin broken up veg/chicken oxo cube over fish/chicken in the top tier (usually labelled soup tier) and the steam will make blend the flava in.
