@TheRaellz She shouldn't have been sent to jail and it would be wrong if she was. There was no real evidence, only circumstantial evidence. If she was sent to jail it would have been an injustice in our legal system. Whether she actually did do it, we will probably never know.

Well, technically she got arrested for violating a restraining order, not for poking on facebook--but I agree with Cenk. Give her a lesser punishment to make it clear that no contact really meand no contact--but our prisions/jails are too full already

She did not do just a SIMPLE little POKE on facebook. What she DID was VIOLATE a restraining order. An act that has gotten MANY a men tossed in prison.
By the Gods great and large if this had been a man accused of violence you, would be reporting this story in reverse!
