SSF4 - Makoto Fukiage Shenanigans 1 - 290 damage

UPDATE: I've been trying this out on other characters and it seems to work on the majority of the cast! I'll try to find out who it doesn't work on later.
This the practical version of this combo you can use an EX Fukiage instead of a normal one to do 326 damage, but it cost 2 meters. You can also end it with a HK tsurugi after the EX Fukiage to save meter for comparable damage.

Does it matter what strength Fukiage you use here?

@wingspantt you can use whatever you want. LP, MP, HP, EX. the only difference is the timing (ex does 40 more damage). some characters are harder to hit then others like Ibuki. so use the one that helps you time it the best.
