pearl hill protest

The Tanjung Bunga Residents Association (TBRA) are continuing their protest against hill slope developments. On deepavali day (2009) a group of Pearl hill residents plus surrounding area residents with the moral support and assistence of TBRA staged an orderly protest against the Penang State govt for allowing dangerous steep slopes (class 3 & class 4) in Tanjung Bungah. Affected residents hv time and again, written protest letters, memos to the Pg State govt.
