日本人としては評価します。ただ、外国人にはよくわからないと思います。外国人は回転すしが日本のすし屋だと思っている人が多いと思います。本当のすし屋、てんぷら屋は味も値段も違うし、オーダーの仕方、しょうゆのつけ方なども分かるようにしたらよいかと思います。
