Sorta there are multiple sets of cunstructicons you got oens with robot modes and ones to form devastator incase any thing happen to any constructicon ( think any one of them can form devastator)

The green color is the Japanese choice for safety like yellow in the US. That's why you won't see any yellow oversize vehicles in Japan.
