You are just too awsome woman. I saw the water cure first before all these videos, and then they brought me to yours! I just weaned myself off my diuretics for blood pressure, I took one week at half a dose and today none, my b/p is 120/77 wooohoo. Now im working on changing my eating habits. Perhaps her website has some useful information, but these three introductory videos are just a waste of time.

They serve to set the stage. The video series is not a 10 minute quickie list. It is an in-depth explanation of how to fully heal which gives the viewer a true confidence in their own abilitiy to apply the simple methods while at the same time understanding WHY these simple methods work.

Believing in them is half the battle so I put great detail into the whole project on purpose.

But yes, you're right. Those familiar with natural healing could skip this intro.

Its suppose to be anti viral, anti fungal ect...... stay organic though. you also might want to research edible clay, it gets rid of toxins from the body that brings your natural system down.
