This is a bicyclist SAFETY video?? No way. This is exactly the kind of advice that causes so many bicyclists to ride unsafely.

Notice how those idiots making a left turn don't even look and yield. Can you say "bike safety" (as in the motorist propaganda of the 40s and 50s). LOL

If there is not room IN THE LANE for a motorist to overtake a cyclist with 3 ft of clearance then the lane is not wide enough to share and so the cyclist is not required to keep right at all(See UCA 41-6a-706.5 and 41-6a-1105).

Bicyclists ARE traffic, and using the full lane is not impeding traffic. And what is wrong with a motorist passing in a PASSING zone by completely changing lanes? This is nothing more than motorist superiority propaganda.
