Stephen Poletti began his real estate career in South Lake Tahoe in 1974 and has been a broker since 1976. He co-owned a real estate and construction company in Tahoe and has been involved in several real estate startup companies over his 37 years in the business.

Steve is a retired Hollywood based actor and commercial model with numerous television and commercial credits to his resume. Steve keeps his passion for performing alive by acting in local theater productions for The Forest Theater Guild and Pacific Repertory Theater. Look for Steve as Rooster Hannigan in PacRep's summer production of 'Annie' at the Forest Theater.

Steve relocated from LA to Carmel in 2002 where he was instrumental in starting up a National Franchised Real Estate company. Steve has experience as a real estate developer and syndicator and has become an expert at dealing with distressed properties. Steve has listed and sold several properties for the US Bankruptcy Court following their complex protocol. He has represented Wachovia Bank as a local REO broker as well as successfully closing numerous short sale transactions.
