leaning back the way he was isn't a good idea, it makes you lose your balance

Where is this gym?

get him to turn more into hes punches, chin tucked down, work on foot work youll go off balance if your caught with a punch or even a tap, try not to be to square on unless your well on the inside, get him on some hooks and uppercuts ect and body shots aswell
-
@MangaKaChakku Yeah, unless you're Floyd Mayweather it's definitely not a good idea to pull straight back like that.
-
tuck that chin down and hands up

that mitt work suked hardcore!!!!! he didnt even correct the fat guy on his chin in the air thing. guess the trainer is just there to get paid and to give the fat guy a higher probability of survival in a redneck street fight.

no offence but if that coach is any good why the hell isnt he correcting the guy? dont post your vid till its correct atleast! iv boxed and coached most of my life and the "boxer" has no waist movement therefore no power behind his punches, his chin raises every time and i suspect hes flat footed beyond belief hence the no twisting at all. the coach doesnt stop him at all is this just a vid posted by two friends or something i suspect this isnt really a coach.

great weaves, but he really needs to keep his hands up when he weaves. he leaves his chin WIDE open. that could be his downfall when going against a tall fighter with alot of reach
