At Senator McCaskill's Inadvertent Tea Party in St Louis, MO, Marine veteran Paul Curtman (www.PaulCurtman.com) demanded an apology for the unconstitutional healthcare legislation being considered in Congress. Paul has decided to run for state representative in Missouri.

Woah woah woah... But according 2 Paul we live in a constitutional republic. A constitutional republic and a representative republic are 2 WAY different things, last i've checked. McCaskill is a liberal progressive who's speeches veer right in election years because the state of Missouri would never elect her on her voting record. She will likely lose in 2012, possibly to the more qualified Sarah Steelman. If you really are so enthralled by her, you should begin to prepare for that now--I wouldn't want your election night disappointment to feed your meanness!

I was at this event... and no one knew that Paul Curtman was going to be so outspoken (and so often)...about the benefits and responsibilities...of the Constitution. The fact that this was shot from a tripod? and looks so GREAT??? ...I'm telling you...this was 'day one'.... and totally unexpected.

I'm glad I was there, and I've seen him quite a few times since. 2010... a helluva ride coming up!

Kenzie, show me where in our U.S. Constitution we live in a democracy. If you can even read, or have ever read the the Constitution, you will not find the word "democracy" not once. Even our Pledge of Allegiance says we are a Republic. So please give us all a break, and educate yourself.

A democracy is a mans rights along with his positions and property may be taken as long as it is the wishes of the majority. No where in any of this nations founding documents is the word democracy. McCaskill from what little I know sold her vote saying she waas against health care till the price was right Just an everyday tyrant as the rest
