first whitetail deer shed of 2008 big antler found on public land.

Nick, and I with my bird dog Hannah were grouse hunting today on public land in wirt county West Virginia, and while we were taking a break look at this big five point shed that I found hanging in a tree. The shed is fresh, and in mint condition.

excellent find in a tree too!!! I'm always looking , it's august now and I found one that was chewed up really good...I usually find one or two a year if I'm lucky...usually they are well hidden with a tine or two exposed
