  • you need a conveyor dryer. makes life way easier and fully cures the ink.

    2. adhesive glue for the shirts to stick to the mount

    3.she was drying the screen/stencil

    8.blocker you can also use clear tape (way cheper)

    9.you can use an exacto knife

  • did you just use regular paper to print out the image and transfer onto the emulsion?

  • Stop motion or a really laggy video...

  • looks like you can build a printing machine from two ceiling fans attached together; one to put the t-shirts on and one for the screen mesh.

    in the beginning they use an ink blocking substance, a photo emulsion that hardens when exposed to ultra violet light.

    when you wash it its stayed in silk screen 0:43
