Innovating for Good 2011 - Phil Hogan TD Keynote

Phil Hogan TD, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government delivered his first major address to the sector at the conference.

In a wide-ranging speech the Minister set out his vision for the sector and made many points that provide a good indication of his priorities for supporting and developing the sector and our sector's role in sustaining Ireland's communities.
