  • AWESOME job with your dog :) I just got a DS. What meathod do you train with? Positive only? She has great focus so I'd love some pointers :D

  • I do not train positive only although I do incorporate it into training. She has an e-collar on to enforce focus during a sit and manuvering.

  • @ecurrent94 where did you find a rough haired ds in north america?? i love this breed

  • Im not saying this negatively but thats one of the strangest training sessions ive ever seen with a dog the spinning around on the chair and whatnot...

  • I love the dutchie. Nice job

  • I've been threatened cause I cometed on previous Dutchie videos...you have demonstrated here the true brain of a great intelligent animal..calmness with distraction and bite with aggression. A true demonstration of the animals ability and the trainers...unlike the "chuckie videos"

  • The name suits. Stout is Dutch for naughty/bad. I speak some Dutch

    greets from Canada

  • Her name is not is fitting "Stout" (in Dutch means "bad" ,or "not obediant") Better her Schatje = Darling ;0) Exellent working/farm and family dogs. I've own 3 rough haired DS for 26 years. Do not raise your voice, always stay calm, use clear handsigns. In that way the dog will more easily stay focused.

I've seen your'e interested in PD with your dogs, i'd reccomend you to try a rough haired version. They are not as loud as the short haired ones. and will get the job done ;o)

  • nice job

  • oh my god!!! i have a dutch shephered named Kozmo he is the weirdest dog ever! he has such a bright personality though. he is extremely smart, but in an evil way. for example, he escapes his cage ALOT!!!! but he dosent use his smarts outside because he just ran away....... but came back 3 days later.... anyway i love kozmo

  • Awesome Focus, do you have more Dutchies, or any For Sale? That are say 18 months or older? Thx. F
