Travel Touch Experience, developed by CEFRIEL in partnership with Alidays Tour Operator, demonstrates an innovative scenario where multi-touch technology is applied to travel consulting.
Through the Microsoft Surface™ computing platform, its multi-user and multi-touch collaboration capabilities and object recognition features, CEFRIEL redefines the relationship between the travel agent and the customer, proposing a scenario where places, products, attractions and services are explored, presented and composed in a completely natural way. Photos, videos and information on services are shown over a world map using cards, involving the customer and the agent in an experience where technology is simple and spontaneous.
CEFRIEL applied its best competencies in proposing innovation to the world of travel planning, supporting Alidays in making a vision concrete and tangible, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of travel planning tools with new user experience models.
