Linux 3D Desktop Effects using Compiz Fusion on Ubuntu 8.10

This is the really sexy 3D Desktop using the Gnome Window Manager enhanced by the Compiz Fusion compositor, slightly customized skins for window decorations.
It does not only look better, but it also has a set of really useful window management functions in opposite to Windows Vista. Well Windows 7 is going to some things better, but it still got a long way to go
I used "recordmydesktop" for capturing, which follows a similar tactic like windows fraps. It also records the screen in a full raw frames, copmresses them with lossless codec and after the capture it compresses the video in ogg theora/vorbis format.
