After Ammy helps the fisherman catch the mighty King of the Sea, Marlin, the fisherman runs off. Ammy looks around the island, hops on Orca, and looks for some more treasure. She helps a man who is trying to look for shooting stars by drawing one in the sky. He wishes upon it, and the Whirlpool Galaxy reveals itself.

u can fix the controller prob by turning of vibration

I got it fixed a while ago, but it was actually a problem with the wire connecting to the controller :(

Sorry for the late reply, I have summer school keeping me busy.. No, you do not need to catch the Marlin. It is for a hidden technique if you wish to have it. Take it to a chef in the nearby area to gain the Whirlwind technique.

At 4:30+ of this video, it shows going up to a higher plateau using the Catwalk technique, fighting a monster and speaking with a man. Grant the man's wish by drawing a shooting star in the sky and the whirlpool will reveal itself.

my game glitched so strangely after I defeated the monster at the Watcher's Cape. Ammy's head disappeared, when I talked to the watcher, all you could see was a blue background, and then the game warped me to the bottom of Catcall Tower... and I didn't even have Orca so I had to get all the way back to shore by myself :/

After helping the fisherman catch the marlin, u can check back tu Umi's restaurant and help him cook( same as Yama in Sei-An city) and after that u'll get a new wind technique called Whirlwind(as the name says, its a whirlwind that destroys stuff xD)

It won't eat you or Orca. Orca will just flinch and be all like "Aaah D:" but you won't die or end up on land.
