The Bible I have says "When a MAN lies with a MAN as he lies with a WOMAN that is hateful to me, their blood is on their own heads." That is clearly talking about homosexuality not all sex.

Are you using the Levitical law argument? e.g. Leviticus 18:22 "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind:it is abomination."

Is that the argument you're using? Because, technically, that just condemns ALL sex, not just gay sex.

Im not in agreement with all of this. I think Obama has made some real blunders but every president does this, it's kind of like growing pains in a sense. The Iraq and Afghan wars are super-sensitive. They are draining our finance yet we need stability and security, what can one do?

Sorry, i forgot liberals have short term memory loss because we had nothing but growth for 7 years until the liberals entered congress and everything went down the toilet.

National security wise it's identical. Socially it was the Republicans who argued slavery was wrong for moral and religious reasons, now we are arguing against other things for the same reasons. Sounds pretty similar.

You said gay marriage is in the Bible and is tolerated, sounds like you were implying that the Bible says gay marriage is good.

The Bible says homosexuality is wrong so forget gay marriage the act itself is wrong.

The Bible was okay with slavery in the Old Testament, if you were a Jew, invading the Holy Land, over 3000 years ago. So do you or does anyone else today or for that matter the last 2000 years qualify to own slaves according to the Bible?
